Wild Bill’s BBQ

The food was great had the jerk chicken soul roll, chicken wings with wild bills sauce, collards and banana pudding. It was all great looked great tasted great. The jerk had a good bite and flavor. Service was excellent, staff was warm and friendly, felt like I was in someones home kitchen it was so welcoming.

Great food!!! Reasonable prices for the large portions. The owner and others are so friendly and kind. You can eat in or take out, they have a small dining room, ample parking and easy to get to, right on a main road in Waterbury near Wolcott. Selfishly, I wish they were open more days and longer hours. You must give them a try!

My go to when ordering BBQ to be delivered. Just make sure you order sauce as they don't include with the meals!

Great BQ and All the Sides are Tasty. The Owner treats you as a Long time friend and explains his Art and Love for Food. My Friends and I ate it for lunch two days in a row. Beef brisket, Pork Ribs( My Go To), Fresh Fried Fish, and Chicken Wings. Call A Head go the Sides.

Ordered through Uber eats. The amount of $$ I paid vs the amount of food was awful. I ordered two chef choices with a order of whiting fish. There was 4 little fish. The fried chicken was just a few large chicken fingers. The sides were so small I had a hard time feeding my family. The sides should just be a lot more than what was given. The collard greens were too smokey. It was like eating a bottle of liquid smoke.

I've been looking for a great BBQ place because over priced and under seasoned Texas road house has not been cutting it lately. I remember I heard about this place a while back and decided to try it out. Now this place is the real deal AUTHENTIC BBQ. I ordered the smoked brisket sandwich and baby that thing was good. It was juicy, tender, and well seasoned. It was so good I was ready to order another one before I made it half way through the first. The sides were delicious as well. 10/10 would recommend if you want great local BBQ. Definitely will be coming back!

Ve4y disappointed. Ordered food for delivery and never received. Kept calling and no one answered. I assume they closed. Why take my order if they weren't going to follow thru? Will not eat here again
